I am a qualified and experienced therapist, offering individual, couple and family counselling and psychotherapy in Carmarthenshire. I work with clients of all ages, children, young people and adults.
If you are feeling low, sad, worried, confused, overwhelmed by life, unable to cope, alone, empty, hurt by past experiences, experiencing painful emotions or if you are dissatisfied with life and longing for something to be different, then perhaps I can be of help.
I have a Diploma in Person Centred Therapy and Counselling and I am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been practicing for over 15 years within the NHS and privately. I have helped people with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, abuse, sexual assault, eating difficulties, grief, relationships, emotions and stress.
I am a friend of the LGBTQ community and work with Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diverse clients.
We all experience difficulties, distressing thoughts and feelings from time to time. However we seldom have the opportunity or the space to talk about them fully and in depth. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space in which to engage in a process of self-inquiry and exploration. I am open to talking about all matters that are important to you, especially those things that you might be embarrassed or ashamed about.
